Baguio city has always been on my bucket list. It’s a dream actually ever since. The slopes, pines, and even the cold weather, I just like everything Baguio has to offer. And being a person whose closet is 80% winter clothes (I have no idea why), finally I can wear them!! Yay!
Earlier this May, I was really happy to be invited by Azalea Residences Baguio for a 3D/2N stay in the Summer Capital of the country. I’ll share everything to you but for now, here’s what I wore for a hey-Baguio-here-I-come kind of day. Bought this reversible coat at a thrift shop a couple of months ago and finally, I got the chance to wear it. I think it’s the perfect place to put it on.
Photography is magic that takes an instant and transform it into something everlasting

Hat from my dear friend Hana. No plans of wearing one actually until I saw it. Borrowed it and then forgot to return as they had to leave 3 hours earlier. But then she gave it to me already so thanks Hana!
Sweater (Php 10) and coat (Php 30) both from thrift shops. I fell in love with the coat as soon as I saw it. It’s not really reversible but I love the inner cloth and since there’s no visible stitches on the lining, I just cut the tag and voila! A reversible coat. I’ll show how it looks like on my upcoming style posts so do check it out.
Pants from Wrangler. Boots from SM Milanos.
SNAPSHOTS FROM THE CITY OF PINES
My stay at Baguio City would not be complete without
some a lot of photos. I almost filled my camera and phone’s memory. I also took some videos which I’m still deciding whether to post or not (I really suck at videography and editing). And since I took a lot of pictures, I decided to create a separate post hence, this is the start of my Baguio City Journal. Anyways, here are quick snapshots of Baguio taken from my phone.
That’s it! I know it’s a bit short but I’ll be posting everything pretty soon. This is just part 1 of my Baguio City Journal. Hope you’ll read all of it too! Special thanks to Carol Ranas for taking my cool ootd shots.
Baguio City: CHECK!
Cheers~!
